TravelPeople Ltd., Inc. (TravelPeople) joined participants from the European cruise community, including over 250 exhibitors and international participants from different industry sectors during the Seatrade Europe Conference 2023 held on September 6-8 at Hamburg Messe, Hamburg, Germany. Themed, “Scaling Sustainably”, the three-day event showcased a wealth of insightful conference sessions with numerous opportunities for engagement during networking gatherings.
Over 60 cruise line brands from across the globe attended, including the Philippines’ Department of Tourism (DOT) promoting the “Love the Philippines” slogan in its booth setup. The full conference featured a total of over 25 sessions with more than 80 speakers from relevant industries. Among topics discussed were: “Navigating ESG Goals Industry-wide: Charting Sustainable Horizons from River to Ocean”; “The Legacy of Cruise Tourism in Communities: What Cruise Leaves Behind”; and “Shore Power 101: Empowering Ports for a Sustainable Future.”
