25 One Stop Warehousing Solutions, Inc. (OWSI) employees made history as the first-ever graduates of OWSI’s very own Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)-accredited Enterprise-Based Education & Training (EBET) Upskilling Program for Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II.
The milestone was celebrated on August 7, 2026, at the Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics (MSL) Hub in Taguig, marking the completion of 28 days of blended learning, hands-on training, assessments, and industry-based learning designed to build the skills and confidence needed for professional forklift operations.
The first batch delivered a strong start: all 25 participants completed the program, with a 100% institutional assessment passing rate.
More than the numbers, however, the achievement reflects the graduates’ dedication and willingness to learn. Day after day, they showed up, took on new challenges, and put their skills to the test—proving what can happen when opportunity meets commitment.
The program was made possible through OWSI’s partnership with TESDA, which granted 100 scholarship slots under the EBET Program. With 25 pioneers now leading the way, more OWSI employees will have the opportunity to upskill, grow, and prepare for what’s next.
