MAGSAYSAY marked another milestone as it earned its fourth consecutive Great Place to Work® Certification, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a positive, empowering, and people-centered workplace culture.
The milestone was celebrated on August 28, 2026, as employees from A. Magsaysay, Inc. and Affiliates (AMIAFF) and Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) gathered at MIHCA Manila’s Robert Hall, while team members from other locations joined the celebration remotely.
During the event, MAGSAYSAY leaders highlighted the values that continue to shape the organization’s workplace culture, including collaboration, shared purpose, leadership, and employee engagement.
