Fairmont Shipping successfully conducted its 20th Crew and Officers Conference on April 9–10 at the Magsaysay Institute of Shipping. The two-day event brought together officers and crew members for a series of sessions focused on learning, collaboration, and professional engagement. A highlight of the event was a special recognition program held on April 9 at the MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy to honor the company’s loyal and long-serving crew members.
Under the theme “Stronger Crews, Safer Seas: Navigating Excellence with RightShip and Beyond,” the conference addressed critical industry priorities, including safety performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
