Where People and Purpose Meet: MPRC-AMIAFF HR & OD Head Paolo Nagtalon Among the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn

For most, scrolling through LinkedIn often means quick updates, thoughtful reflections, and the occasional post that makes you pause and think. But for MAGSAYSAY’s very own Julian Paolo Nagtalon, Human Resources and Organizational Development Head for Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC) and A. Magsaysay, Inc. and affiliates (AMIAFF), those moments of sharing have turned into something bigger—earning him a spot among the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn 2025.

This list is an annual recognition launched in 2018 by LinkedIn Expert and Personal Branding Strategist Virginia Bautista. It highlights Filipino professionals who actively create content and posts that inform, inspire, and build community on the platform. Inclusion on the list is based on nominations, consistency of content, engagement metrics, and overall impact across LinkedIn. This year, Pao ranked 82nd among professionals from a wide range of industries.

On LinkedIn, Pao shares lessons drawn from everyday leadership moments—navigating change, building trust, developing talent, and creating workplaces where people can grow. The platform has also become a space for him to highlight MAGSAYSAY’s journey as a people-first organization, connecting those stories to broader conversations on the future of work and Filipino leadership.

This year’s Top 100 includes experts and professionals who amplify Filipino voices on a global stage. Pao’s inclusion reflects not just individual effort, but the environment that shaped it—one built on collaboration, trust, and shared purpose.

“This recognition is in line with our goal to strengthen Magsaysay’s brand as an employer of choice,” Pao shared. “My inclusion in the list would not have been possible without the trust and support of our Magsaysay leaders and MPs.”

As we continue to strengthen our employer’s brand and champion people-centered leadership, recognitions like this serve as a reminder that meaningful work, when shared with sincerity, has a way of resonating far beyond the workplace.
