A four-day recruitment drive was carried out by Scenic Group for river ships at PT Alpha Magsaysay International, Indonesia from September 17 to 20, 2024. Scenic Group representatives conducted interviews and cooking tests for Chef De Partie (CDP), Pastry Chefs, Junior Cooks, and practical assessments for restaurants in Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (MIHCA) Indonesia.
Present from the Scenic Group were Director of People and Culture River Operations Michael Stamm, Culinary Director Joerg Linder, and Corporate Executive Chef Axel Neidhart.

A total of 104 Indonesians were hired after the four-day recruitment drive. The successful candidates will be assigned to Scenic Group River ships in Germany and France.
