MONIN, a global leader in innovative drink creation, recently unveiled a stunning collection of posters in its new studio, showcasing artworks that reflect the essence of the French brand. The posters feature a Troubador, a Monin icon launched in 1938. The troubadour is traditionally a poet-musician of knightly rank who flourished from the 11th to 13th century in the south of France. An iconic character, he is seen to be enjoying a glass of fine wine after a hunt in autumn, relaxing by a cozy fireplace with a guitar in winter, and serenading the night after a scenic hike. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere and playful illustrations are a Georges Monin vintage car and artworks featuring Monin products from the early day when the brand once focused on the production of aperitifs and rafraîchissants. In 1945, the brand shifted towards the development of syrups through the generations after the passing of Georges.

The whimsical artworks enhance the already inviting ambiance of the studio, perfectly complementing the well-stocked bar area. The bar boasts an impressive array of Monin syrups, renowned for their exceptional quality and diverse flavors, ideal for crafting exquisite cocktails and gourmet coffee beverages. Alongside the syrups, visitors can find top-of-the-line espresso machines, professional bar equipment, and essential bartending utensils – all arranged to inspire creativity and delight any guest with a specially concocted beverage.

One can also chance upon being served a cup of specialty coffee customized to suit individual tastes. Take this cup of medium-roast espresso, skillfully infused with Monin coconut syrup, filled with creamy oat milk, and topped with a rare edition of whipped cream. The rich aroma of the coffee, combined with the tropical scent of coconut, surely elevates the sensory experience to new heights!
For a refreshing alternative, wash it down with a calamansi mocktail, simply concocted with pure Monin Calamansi Fruit Mix, soda water, and perfectly diluted with ice. This delightful beverage is garnished with fresh rosemary leaves, adding a fragrant herbal note that complements the zesty calamansi. Unique and personalized drinks like these are served on corrugated rubber Monin-branded bar mats, adding a touch of sophistication to the experience.
