MAGSAYSAY offices are beaming with colorful radiance as we raised the rainbow flag in celebration of June as Pride Month, an annual global celebration of positive stance against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and allies (LGBTQIA+).
For its part, MAGSAYSAY hopped onto the rainbow bandwagon to demonstrate support and spread awareness on equality and non-discrimination in the workplace. The organization hopes to get a sense of how it can make its business practice and the workplace be more respectful, supportive, and inclusive of the community.
More than displaying the rainbow colors that represent diversity and beyond Pride Month, MAGSAYSAY encourages MPs (Magsaysay People) to embrace best practices that would make the organization a welcoming and safe workplace for all.
