Magsaysay Maritime Corporation (MMC) received its renewed license from the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) to engage in crewing or manning. This is in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. DS-2020-02 series of 2020.
MMC is entitled to all rights, privileges, and benefits, and subject to all the duties and limitations under the existing laws, orders, decrees, rules, and regulations granting incentives for the development of shipping and other related maritime enterprises.
