MAGSAYSAY gathered more than 160 employees and their family members on the afternoon of June 23, 2026, for its first-ever Magsaysay Pride Run, turning a 3-kilometer route into a celebration of diversity, health, and community.
The participants walked, jogged, and ran from the MAGSAYSAY Building Atrium to Luneta Park. Attendees expressed their solidarity in various ways, with some wearing rainbow-colored athletic outfits and others wearing comfortable casual attire.
Beyond the run, participants engaged in interactive activities, including a Pride selfie mirror and an Advocacy Wall, where they left colorful handprints to symbolize their commitment to equal rights and a safe, inclusive workplace.
The Magsaysay Pride Run reflects the company’s continuing commitment to cultivating a culture where diversity is embraced and celebrated, belonging is nurtured, and every employee is empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
