One Stop Warehousing Solutions, Inc. (OWSI) brought its recruitment efforts closer to jobseekers through a series of activities held in Batangas and Pasay City this July and August.
OWSI kicked off its recruitment drive on July 14, 2026, with a Local Recruitment Activity (LRA) held at the Barangay Sto. Tomas Hall in San Antonio, Batangas City. The event welcomed 30 applicants, and 22 of them were hired on the spot. Building on this momentum, OWSI, in partnership with Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Sto. Tomas, Batangas, conducted another LRA at Batangas City Hall from July 28 to July 31, 2026, where 25 applicants took part and 14 were hired on the spot.
On August 24, 2026, OWSI further expanded its recruitment efforts through its participation in the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) World Café of Opportunities Job Fair at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall in Pasay City, held as part of the 2026 National Tech-Voc Day Celebration.
The event provided opportunities for both employment and skills development. A total of 25 applicants expressed interest in employment, while 30 participants explored TESDA training programs in Heavy Equipment Operation (HEO) and Warehousing Services to strengthen their skills and enhance their career opportunities.
OWSI also received a Certificate of Appreciation from TESDA in recognition of its participation and support for the successful conduct of the event.
Through local recruitment activities and job fair participation, OWSI continues to connect communities with employment opportunities while supporting workforce development and skills advancement.
