Magsaysay Group representatives composed of Magsaysay Global Services, Inc. (MGSI) President Patrick H. Maxwell, Global Process Manager, Inc. (GPM) President Erik M. Nielsen, and MGSI General Manager for European Accounts Alvin D. Gonzales paid a courtesy call to the Embassy of Denmark in Taguig City on December 3 to discuss workforce developments and exchange insights on opportunities between Denmark and the Philippines.
Representing the Embassy of Denmark were Danish Ambassador to the Philippines Franz-Michael “Dan-Dan” Mellbin and Senior Commercial Officer Jo-Nie G. Raagas.
Discussions covered labor demand across multiple sectors, including hospitality, industrial work, healthcare, renewable energy, and shipbuilding. The healthcare sector was highlighted, with updates on caregiver requirements, language considerations, and ongoing government-level initiatives.
During the meeting, representatives from Magsaysay shared with the Ambassador the company’s experience and capabilities in providing human resource solutions, including their role in sourcing, preparing, and deploying skilled Filipino professionals to meet international workforce needs.
Denmark is globally recognized for its strong economy, innovation, and high standards in workforce development. The visit served as a courtesy call to maintain relations, share insights, and explore future collaboration opportunities.
